Our Liabilities and Limitations:
- Please note that after you finalize the tour/service cost and in case if there are any hikes in permit fees of safaris/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges decided by the Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.
- Safari & hotel only book and confirmed after receiving advance amount from client.
- All guest going for safari must carry their original govt. id cards , without that no entry permitted.
- We are private tour operator arranging hotels & safari for our guest in jim Corbett.
- Any booking for day visit to Corbett Tiger Reserve during rainy season 1st June to 14 Nov. is provisional
- and can cancelled at short notice depending on weather conditions, to ensure visitor safety and no refund can be claimed.
- Guide fee has to paid by the guest directly to guide, Guide is compulsory for Corbett national park safari.
- Rates mentioned for tour packages are based on base category rooms of hotels and resorts if that room category is not available on your selected date then the package tariff will be levied as per room category availability.

In Case of Jeep Safari,Canter Safari & Elephant Ride once booked the advance amount is non- refundable.
Confirmation Policy Hotel & Resort :
- Reservation can be done online or at reception (Depends on availability)
- Check-In time is 12 AM and Check-Out Time is 11 noon.
- All Government Taxes are charged additionally and will be levied as per the charges prevalent during the time of the stay. In case of advance remittances, the additional tax amount, if any, will be collected directly at the time of check-out

- The advance must be received at least 15 days prior to check-in. For bookings made less than 15 days of arrival, the advance must be received within 2 working days of making the reservation or else the reservation will be released automatically.
- All confirmations are subject to minimum 50% advance deposit received by us prior to the above mentioned period by way of a credit card authorization/ wire transfer/ travel company voucher.
- Confirmation Voucher is subject to the advance deposit being realized.
Cancellation Policy & Refund Policy Resort Booking Or Tour Package : at www.jimcorbettresorts.in
- Booking cancelled 30 days & above 75% refund or adjust in the future booking.
- Booking cancelled 15 days to 30 days of checkin 25% refund or adjust in future booking.
- Booking cancelled 7 days to 15 days of check in, no refund but adjustment in future booking.
- Booking cancelled less than 7 days of check in, no advance refund, no adjustment, 100% retention amount will be charged.
- Processing a refund may require 3-5 working days.
- Options for refunds include UPI payments, Bank transfer, and Credit card transfer.
- Incase payment done by guest through payment gateway then 10 -15 working days will take to get refund.
- To get the refund you need to provide us your bank details or your payment mode through which you want refund.
- We can refund through UPI Payment mode / Bank Transfer / Transfer To Your Credit Card .

- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel directly.
- Check-in time is 11:00 AM, Check-out time is 12:00 PM
- It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification upon check in.
- In case of booking done by Credit Card the Guest should carry Credit Card or a photocopy.
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
- Your Credit card will be charged as ' MURO HOSPITALITY'
Child Policy:
Children below 5 years complimentary with parents
Children between 6-12 years will be charged 25% of total package cost.
Guest Policy:
Extra adult in the same Cottage will be 35% of the package cost.
NOTE: In case of peak season - weekends or weekdays (Holi, Diwali, X'Mas & New Year) hotel bookings separate cancellation policy is applicable. Depends on hotels.The charges mentioned for hotels and safari in our website might be different on extended weekend & public holidays.
